We have secured a room block at the Park Hyatt for our wedding weekend. We highly encourage all guests to stay at the Hyatt as it is the center for wedding festivities.
Note: Ubers/Lyfts are scarce in the mountains; the village connect shuttle only operates within Beaver Creek proper, so staying at the Park Hyatt is highly encouraged.

Getting There
FLY INTO DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DEN)
From Denver, we recommend renting a car.
The drive is a scenic trip through the Rocky Mountains and takes
approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
You can also book the Epic Mountain Express shuttle, which runs every hour from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Rates vary but are approximately $89 per person per way. Including stops, it takes approximately 3 hours.
FLY INTO EAGLE COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT (EGE)
Connections are available from DEN to EGE. Direct flights may be available from major airports.
EGE is approximately 30 minutes from Beaver Creek.
The Epic Mountain Express shuttle service is also available from Eagle County Regional Airport
for approximately $49 per person per way.
Another option is using Ride Taxi Vail, or your hotel for airport transfer.
Getting Around
RENTAL CARS
All major car rental companies are available at Denver International Airport and Eagle County Regional Airport.
Please note: Uber and Lyft are scarce in the mountains.

that can take you place-to-place, operating 7:00 am to Midnight daily.
